Cooper was all dressed up to go outside in the snow... too bad he was out there for maybe two minutes!! But, dang he is soooo cute in this pic!!
We took the picture and came back inside. He didn't like the wet snow on his face
Random bath picture... it looks like he is saying, "Hey Dad, watch where your hands are!!"
Happy boy after his shots... you can see his two bandaids on his left leg... he also has one on his right leg!
Not so happy after having blood drawn from his arm. Poor guy! They didn't take much, and he screamed the most when they straightened his arm to find the vain. He only got a tiny bruise.
So, January basically flew by. I spend almost two weeks down in the desert with my grandparents to avoid the snow and power-outages. We had a nice time down there, and I think Cooper being there helped my grandparents deal with the loss of Kacee (she was a little over 15 when she passed away, which was really old for a big dog!) Andy came down for a few days and we had a little mini vacation I guess you could call it.
It snowed a lot up here in the mountains for sure!! I didn't have to shovel at all!! WOOOOHOOOO!!! That is pretty much the first time ever! Usually I can depend on it snowing when Andy is working, so I get to shovel all by my lonesome! But, I am really thankful he stayed at home the days he did to keep watch over both houses! Too bad he can't be in two places at once!
As for Cooper.... he is well. We have to see a specialist in a few days about his poo...or should I say lack there of?!?! Poor guy can't seem to poo by himself. I had to give him suppositories and those suck! I feel horrible for him having something shoved up there that shouldn't be. The good thing about the whole situation is that he doesn't act like he is in pain at all. He continues to eat, sleep and play normally. When he does poo it isn't hard at all. He puzzled the pediatrician for sure! With that being said, Cooper saw his Dr. three times in a week. UGH!! Twice for lack of poo and once for his FOUR MONTH checkup. I cannot believe he is four months!! He weighed 9.4 oz and is 23 inches long... so he is on the very small side (under 5th percentile) but he is normal otherwise!! We were definately blessed with a GREAT kid!
He was going for his mouth and totally missed!!
