I want to start off by apologizing for a long time without any new posts! I have been busy, busier then I thought I would be. I started working at Papagayos in Lake Arrowhead (which I love), and I teach at the college too. My days off are filled with Cooper and all the other things that take precidence over the blog. So, Cooper is sleeping and here it is... sorry it is almost three months all squished into one post!
