I cannot even catch up....

Well, it has been a loooong time since my last post.  I am sorry.  The end of the year started on a roll and just slowed down!!  To tell you how late I am, I am getting out my Christmas/New Years cards out in a bit.  Yes, I suck!  Better late then never I guess.  We have exerienced so many cool (and not so cool) things since Oct.  I shall tell the story through pictures, and it will be over a few posts, so please be patient .... they are coming!  It is hard with 2 kids now to spend extra time on the computer.  I like to spend my free time sleeping, like the boys!

Cooper and Parker are growing up every second of the day.  Parker is growing bigger....just extremely slow... I think both his girl cousins are bigger then he is and one of them is 6 months younger! He is just tiny.  But, he no longer has "jelly legs" HE WALKS!!!  He started about a week and a half after we got back from Hawaii.  He smiles soooo big when he is walking across the room.  He is smarter then I know too.... he has watched Cooper and knows things.  The other day, I asked him to throw away his applesauce.  He walks over to the trash can and dumps it in, smiling away.  It was awesome!  He always does things with this huge grin.  When he is happy, he is happy....when he is not happy, it lasts maybe a minute or two, and then he is over it.

Smiley boy!

We went to San Diego to visit the Zoo, and my friend Sarah.  We made a little vacation out of it.  OUr first stop was food of course.  Cooper ordered chicken sticks, (chicken breasts on a stick) so they came out, and he grabs one and says.....can you guess?  "NARNIA"!!!!!!  Oh my gosh, I almost peed my pants.  He is crazy and knows how to make me laugh!

Parker got really sick the end of October.  I took him to Urgent Care when my best friend was there because he had a deeo cough and I didn't want it to turn in to pneumonia, well.... I was too late and after 2 breathing treatments and a chest x-ray, it was confirmed pneumonia.  I was so sad for my poor dude.  He was a champ and fell asleep for the breathing treatments, I was a mess.

Emergency Services Day was a success!!  Cooper had fun and I got some good pics....Parker enjoyed it as well!  Tata Tony and Coop in the engine

Parker smiling even after a crumby day at Urgent Care

The boys making cupcakes for Cooper's class.  I bought the shake and pour kind....highly recommend for the easy-ness of it with a toddler!

We visited Great Grandma and Great Grandpa for lunch on Halloween.  The boys were the talk of lunch for sure!

This was Jimmy and my bike thing.  Cooper rode it as well when he was smaller...and he tore off all the tassels (my Dad was not so happy) ,but there is one tassel left, let's see how long that last!

OCD Cooper with some of his Halloween candy.  Mind you, he didn't eat them, just likes to play with them!

Yes, my Mom and I went to go see Breaking Dawn 2, it was good!!

Cooper ended up in the hospital for severe constipation.  That was HORRIBLE!!  We decided to take him after two suppositories and an adult enema didn't produce a bowel movement.  Not to mention the chewable laxatives as well.  We were in the E.R. for about 5 hrs before they admitted him and he got a room.  The Dr. showed us the X-ray of his backed up colon....we are talking the ENTIRE colon was filled with POOP!  Ewww, and poor boy.  The thing is, he was still very energetic, eating, drinking, ect  like nothing was bothering him.  If I was that backed up, I wouldn't be able to walk!  So, at 3 am as he was wheeled up to his room, I was crying for him on the inside....he was sleeping, IV in his hand and all.  They then proceeded to stick a nasal tube down his nose to his stomach, and the nurse missed TWICE before she finally got it right.  Each time she took out the ill placed tube, Cooper would gag and cry...as would I.  Then, they had to take an xray to make sure it was indeed in the right place.  It was a pathetic sight to watch.  I almost pushed her over and did it myself.  She SUCKED!  So, tube in place, Cooper started getting GoLytly.... a liquid medicine adults gets to drink to cleanse out their colons.  This kid got 3.5 JUGS of it before he was released.  A normal adult is cleaned out with ONE!  I felt so bad for him.  We stayed 3 nights and 3 days.  He was released because he was pooping clear liquid.... and then they gave him lasagna, not smart Loma Linda!  We were literally walking out the door when Cooper told me his mouth tasted funny, then he threw up all over himself.  Lovely.  So, we had to stay longer and make sure he could keep down some liquids and food before leaving.  We left late that evening finally!!!  Cooper no longer eats PIZZA because he threw it up.... I guess he thought lasagna tasted like pizza.  Oh well, like mother like son!!!!  Side note: he has since pooped every day on a regime on Miralax in the am.  (I knew you wanted to know!:)

King of the Potty!  He sat there and did that all by himself!

Feeling much better the day after getting home from the hospital.... thank goodness, since it was Thanksgiving, and I left for Hawaii two days after that.

He was so happy!

First Family Disney photo.  Cooper was happy, then the camera came out and he decided to not be.  Parker just wanted to touch Mickey and Minnie's noses.

Riding Mater ride.... I have video of Cooper riding this ride...screaming like a girl.  It is HILARIOUS!

Parker got this outfit for Valentine's Day and it still fit him, so why not be Mickey Mouse at Disneyland.  Actually, Mickey Mouse was in love with Parker during the photo session!

Why do we buy toys again??

Trick or Treating at Disneyland!!  Cooper LOVES it so much, but now he wants to get candy every time he goes to Disneyland.  (21.5 lbs of GOOD candy)

Pumpkin patch fun.  We went to at least 3 pumpkin patches this past year.  Cooper loves them.  He likes the bounce houses and the games of course.

Oak Gland with my family.  I could not get a good pumpkin/autumn pic of the boys...maybe next year!

So, this is a pretty good pic... I have a better one of Great Grandma and Great Grandpa... however, Parker is flipping off the camera in it.  Soooo funny

And.... the beginning of a beautiful 6 weeks in Maui....

Jimmy, Aleks and me at Benjy's movie The Athlete.  It was good, and Jimmy scored free swag because he is a runner...

Me and the boys before Trick or Treating.  Andy was working, so we saw him earlier that day.  My monster and my Rex
