Sea World vacation!

I wanted to start off by apologizing for my lack of blogs... I have been slacking. (Side note: probably won't get better any time soon!) Having an 18 month old, yes 18 month old is very time consuming!! Coop is running everywhere and into everything. He has this issue of not looking where he is going and finding random objects with his head. It is super funny to watch, even though I shouldn't laugh because each incident usually ends in tears, bumps and bruises. His head is still ginormous, at least he is getting a little more hair!
We took a little vacation in March down to San Diego. It was a nice little get away, perfect weather for sure! We went to the zoo, and Sea World. Cooper LOVES animals and he knows their sounds (sooo cute). Anyways, here are some pics from Sea World.

Byebye Polar bear!
"Look, he's right there!"
Ohhh, a beluga whale
Touching the bat rays
Ya he loved it!!!
Watching the Shamu show, yay!
The bubble gun was his favorite...of course!

SNOW DAY!!!!

Snow day for reals!!!! Andy had to go to work, so he had to put on his chains and shovel out his truck. Cooper got to come outside and walk in the snow and ice for the very first time. He didn't care too much for it. I think his shoes were too slippery. Needless to say, he got around on the shoveled parts~

First steps...
The, "I'm not too sure," look
The, "I don't like the snow on my face," look
Standing in the street...not wanting to walk to Daddy
Cooper liked being held
So cute

Nickelodeon Fresh Beat Band

So last week I was casted for a skating position in Nickelodeon's kid show, "The Fresh Beat Band." I had no clue what is was, until I looked it up. It is totally cheesy, but great for kids. Cooper will love it starting soon I have no doubt. The episode is called , "Snow Day" and will be airing around Christmas. I was pretty much up front the entire time right behind the main characters. I hope Cooper will be able to see me long enough to know that it is me!
We had two days rehearsals and then one day of filming. It was on plastic ice, so it was a little more difficult then expected but it went well. I will let everyone know when it will be on once I find out! So, be on the lookout come winter...

Ya, I wore light purple pants...that was a first and last! I really liked my head band thingy, and my sweater was from Target I think. We all had pastel colors on (even the boys!)
This is a part of the set that we didnt do anything in, but I thought was cute. I didn't get any pics of the actual set we were in because we weren't supposed to take any pictures at all on Paramount properties. Yes, I was bad... oh well. I am hoping to get some pics from a person who was taking them for his plastic ice company!

My little man in his big boy outfit!! He looked so cute, so thank you Aunty Gayle for the outfit! His first sports coat of many I am sure.

I think Cooper looks like a little angel here... simply perfect!

Skating

We made a trip up to Thousand Oaks to go skate at the outdoor rink that Matt was managing. It was a BEAutiful day out ( I was sweating when I actually skated)! But, I managed to do the first jumps for myself in over two years. I have not tried to jump since before I was pregnant. Matt and I also skated and did all our elements like we have not missed a day skating together. I was happy with what I did that day!!

So the days started off with a 2 hr drive and Cooper was totally restless from it. The mall area that the rink was in had a park for kids.... Andy and Cooper found it and this is how I found them.... Cooper loved the swings!
Bietak Ice rink!
Uncle Matt taking Coop for a ride
The hand off...
He loved his feet on the ice
Not sure about what to do next

Kacee

It has been a year since Kacee has gone to see Freddie, Cleo, and others in doggie paradise. She was such a calm, loving, smart, furry friend!! Love you Kacee!!

January

January has already been pretty eventful!! 2011 is going to be a busy year! Cooper has been spending his time socializing (with himself and others haha!), walking everywhere, and eating. It takes a lot out of me to keep up with him~

Such a ham!
Handsome boy!
At G.Grandma T.'s house... best travel booster seat!
I love his brown eyes!
Cooper spent time with his cousin Hunter in the desert. G.Grandma gave them boxes to play in...they got in and brought their toys in, except Cooper took all of Hunter's toys and put them in his box. Didn't feel like sharing I guess.
Playing with the toys
Cooper got to also spend time with his Cousin James. So cute!
